4. Advertising Platform Policies
Our services operate on third-party advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. You acknowledge that:
- All campaigns are subject to the policies, guidelines, and terms of these platforms
- Platform policy changes may affect campaign delivery and performance
- We are not liable for campaign rejections or restrictions imposed by the advertising platforms
- You are responsible for ensuring that advertised property projects comply with all relevant property development and housing regulations
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Home Guy Trading and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Content and creative assets developed specifically for your campaign remain your property upon full payment of services rendered. We retain the right to reference campaign work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, campaign data, pricing, or strategic details shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Ad spend budgets are paid in advance and disbursed to advertising platforms on your behalf
- Management fees are invoiced monthly or as specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may result in campaign pausing until payment is received
8. Limitation of Liability
Home Guy Trading provides advertising management services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific campaign results, lead volumes, or sales conversions, as these are subject to market conditions, platform algorithms, and factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Guy Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- Active campaigns will be wound down in an orderly manner
- Any outstanding payments for services rendered become immediately due
- We will provide you with final campaign data and transfer access to ad accounts as applicable
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Changes to Terms
